Thank you 2023
Another year has started to draw to a close and as a team it was time to reflect and celebrate together. There is nothing like being in a beautiful luxurious setting, surrounded by wonderful people, delectable food, the most amazing views, and the Mother City to draw the year to an end in such a fitting fashion.
The Cloud 9 Boutique Hotel was an incredible environment to celebrate the year that was 2023. Being able to acknowledge all our success as a team and as individuals with those that we hold dear is one of our greatest blessings this year has offered us.
Our yearly Secret Santa was once again a great hit and was the cause of plenty of belly laughs. For those who could not guess who their secret Santa was, they were awarded with a shot.
Congratulations to each team member, with what they have achieved throughout the year and for never giving up, no matter what 2023 challenged you with. Magic was created by each of you, by the constant hard work that was done the whole year around.
A special congratulations to Dirk Engelbrecht who walked away with two awards. Dirk won both our Mover and Shaker award, which gets awarded to the agent who achieved the highest sales for the year, as well as our High Flyer award. A quote from Dwayne Johnson is such a great depiction of how Dirk operated during the year - Success isn't always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.
